Taking time off from my online business can feel stressful. At time I do get addicted to working, even though I don’t have too.
One thing that takes the edge off is knowing I have people all over the world working on profitable projects.
Honestly, when you tap into talented workers that cost $3/hr or less it is hard not to make a profit. Its changed my life and business in such a positive way, and I’m incredibly grateful to the awesome team working with Munchweb.

WHY I OUTSOURCED?
When I look back at the reasons why I started outsourcing I did it more by accident than a great plan, but its the best thing I have ever done in my business.
1. Writers
My first step into outsourcing was about 1 month after kicking off my first blog.
I had already seen how a blog network was run after working for AOL as a freelance blogger, so after seeing it being done, I just did it too.
I advertised on Craigslist and hired writers who still work with me today. I was paying $5 per post, and started churning out content, and seeing my traffic consistently rise.
This set the foundation to allow me to travel the world, while my blogs still grew without me being involved day to day.
2. Virtual Assistants
I really did not make any more effort to outsource for a couple of years until I read the ’4 hour work week’ which encouraged me to take the step to hire Virtual Assistants. They would be responsible for link building tasks, helpdesk, research, data entry etc.
Gradually I offloaded a ton of work that I had been stuck doing, which freed my time to focus on other projects. This was the true taste of automating many aspects of my business.
Right now I am in an incredible position to explode my business because of the talented team I have put together.
As I continue to get them working on more profitable projects and systemizing the method, I’m going to experience a fresh and powerful growth spurt in my business once again.
Finding Low Cost Outsourcers
I advertise everywhere and anywhere I can, and then filter the applicants by asking tough questions.
Its a simple and effective model.
However, you don’t have to hire full time staff to start outsourcing. You can get someone to do very specific tasks and work for you part time.
If you do it correctly you can have a very flexible work force that does as little or as much as you need.
Rob Howard has covered how to do get it done in his fantastic outsourcing WSO. This is the ultimate way to free up your time in a way that is PROFITABLE!
