I talk about establishing authority in your niche a lot… and there’s a reason for it. Strong authority makes it so much easier to profit. And I rarely use the term ‘easy’…

Authority is synonymous with expertise in our industry. To get authority, you must demonstrate expertise. We trust experts because we believe they know better than us, and can enhance our lives.
That enhancement takes place by listening to their advice and their recommendations. In Internet Marketing, big profits are made by ethically and honestly recommending great offers (affiliate’s, or your own) that deliver the goods.
In a nutshell, Authority is built by giving out excellent and valuable content. Then, you let word of mouth spread your reputation. And you can always speed things along a little…

Folks spend perhaps more time on Facebook than they do anywhere else on the Internet… combined, in some cases.
