[GET] Video Mercenary – 100% Targeted Views Means Traffic For You

Video Mercenary

One of the topics that gets overlooked often in Internet Marketing is Video. There’s a perception that it takes special skills (not really), or that it’s hard to rank video (just the opposite!).

When I first got started on my IM journey, I completely failed to take advantage of video. Really, I still don’t use it like I ought to, but let me tell you what happened with my first video I put up on YouTube…

A friend of mine has a product that I wanted to promote, but I thought there was no way I could outrank the more established marketers that OWNED the first page of Google. On a whim, and not much more, I put up a fast Blog post with an affiliate link to his product.

Next, I made about a 30 second, goofy little text video and slapped it up on YouTube. I linked it to my Blog post, and I really didn’t expect anyone would ever find it.

A few days later I got a $47 sale!

I was kind of shocked, so I checked out where the traffic had come from, and there was my dumb little video ranking in the #3 spot on Page 1! I checked my stats for the video and it had like 20 views. That’s not many, but they were highly targeted.

Every single person that saw my video was searching for that product.

For the time I put into it, that little video had an incredible return, until the product got so mismanaged I didn’t want to promote it anymore.

Chris Kent has put together a system Video Mercenary that is way more purposeful than my “throw it up and see what sticks” way of doing things, and I look forward to testing the increase in profits by putting it into action.

I hope you will take a look also, it’s so much easier than you would think, and it’s crazy how easy a video can rank on the first page. Google loves video, and so does everyone else!
