Why Bother?
It’s a fair question, and something we’ve all probably asked ourselves at one time or another.

A Little More On Anchor Links
If you’re promoting affiliate products, it’s useful to use clickable links in context… for example:
“And I found this awesome new speedboat to escape to Mexico in…” You’d maybe put a link to a speedboat (or an RC boat if you’re being witty) over the text ‘awesome new speedboat’.
It makes it stand out, people naturally want to know more about it if the content is interesting… and they get the opportunity to buy the product as well! (Earning your profits in the process).
But what if the phrase ‘awesome new speedboat’ wasn’t as attractive to people as ‘incredible new speedboat’, or ‘splendastic new speedboat’… so it didn’t get as many clicks, or as many sales (so fewer commissions for you)…?
Does anyone know exactly what people like to read, or click? Especially in relation to speedboats?
